OVER 20 YEARS ON 36ST STREET!

Red Rocket Tattoo is the second iteration of a little tattoo studio on 36th Street opened in 1998, away from the saturation of the Village.  We have the experience.  We know the block.  We know the business.

OUR ARTISTS ARE WORLDWIDE!

We are proud to have independent artists bringing their experience, talent, and style from all over the globe.  Red Rocket is a true melting pot of tattooers and artists interested in learning and growing together.

ALL STYLES-YOU WANT IT, WE CAN DO IT!

With 9 artists to choose from. O.G. to New Blood, we have your style covered.  While every artist is versatile in their own right, each has a specialty style of their own they can't wait to share with you.  All artists are trained custom tattoo artists and can create your idea for you.  You are welcome to have your tattoo custom designed, choose an awesome flash design, or bring your image or ideas.

GUEST ARTISTS!

We love having guest artists come through on a regular basis.  We welcome new styles and stories and enjoy making new friends along the way.  Guest artists are a great way to open yourself up to the art and ideas from other countries and connect with the global tattoo community.

WE MAINTAIN RIGOROUS STANDARDS OF SANITIZATION AND SAFETY.

We have developed rigorous, State Compliant procedures allowing us to minimize risk and increase our HEALTH SAFETY STANDARDS.  The Tattoo Industry already has health safety standards on the level of a doctor's office.  All of our artists are trained in UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS AND CROSS CONTAMINATION PROCEDURES and are LICENSED BY THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE.  We know how!
